RETURN & REFUND POLICY — PODOLIFE

RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
✅ Unused and unworn
✅ In its original packaging
✅ With all original tags attached
✅ In the same condition as received
✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
Items that do not meet these conditions will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, contact us at: 📧 podolifeshop@gmail.com
Include in your email:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item showing its condition
Do not send any item back without prior written authorization from Podolife. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please contact us at podolifeshop@gmail.com for the return address and shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at podolifeshop@gmail.com with:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
We will evaluate each case individually and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to the customer.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances:
❌ Items showing signs of use or wear
❌ Items without original packaging or tags
❌ Sale or discounted items
❌ Gift cards
❌ Items returned without prior authorization
❌ Items damaged due to customer misuse
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or variant, follow these steps:
1. Request a return for the original item
2. Wait for return approval
3. Place a new separate order for the desired item
EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, the item must be:
✅ Unused and in original condition
✅ In original packaging with all tags
✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 10 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process
If denied:
- We will notify you of the reason
- The item will be returned to you at your expense
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at podolifeshop@gmail.com.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS — WORLDWIDE POLICY
Podolife ships and sells worldwide. For international returns:
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Customer is responsible for any customs or import duties
generated by the return shipment
- Podolife is not responsible for items lost or damaged
during return shipping
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
for all returns
