Welcome to Podolife. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Podolife. Podolife operates this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and services related to offering you, the customer, a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Podolife is powered by Shopify technology, which enables us to offer you the Services.
The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") govern your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. You should review your orders carefully before completing your purchase, as Podolife may not be able to process a cancellation request after an order has been accepted. In the event we do not accept, modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address or phone number provided at the time of the order.
Returns or exchanges may only be made in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy available at podolife.com. You represent and warrant that your purchase is for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be indicated in the order confirmation email sent to you.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures or events beyond our control.
Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. Podolife is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, logos, texts, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are the property of Podolife, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
