All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Standard delivery time is 7 to 9 business days after your order has been dispatched, depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Podolife is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes or charges that may be applied by your country's customs authority upon delivery.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept responsibility for any applicable customs fees or import charges.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us at:

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Podolife is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
